Nebulizer Posted October 10, 2008 Author Share Posted October 10, 2008 All comments taken on board, thanks for all.Explanation:Original Image taken with 350D (mod) through 10in Skywatcher.DSS used to stack subs with a result of 24min 58sec exposure. Individual shots were 30s at Iso200,hand guided.No darks available at this setting, so dropped in thirty at 30s Iso400 !! (Thought I had to do something in the way of darks).Processing done in PS C3.Intension was to ignore 'classic' view of M42 and regardless of colour and overall appearance, try to tweek out structural informaton thet I have not been able to do on previous attempts.I know it looks as though it might be a jellyfish or some unknown species, my wife certainly agrees on that one, but I thought it would be an interesting project.Comments appreciated.Cheers allTerry Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
