Binocular-visible (mag +6.2) Nova in Perseus

Reports of a Binocular-visible (mag +6-ish) nova in Perseus, possibly U Gem-type vs V392 Per (usually mag +17.5-15):

TCP J04432130+4721280 = V392 Per nova eruption (6.2 mag)?

Managed to grab a shot of it last night, this is 4x 3.2 seconds @5000iso with an 85mm lens on a Sony A7s camera.
