Heads up: Mag 12 transient in Ophiuchus

Perusing the brightest supernovae page I spotted this report:

The location given doesn't show a DSO. The discovery report here:

https://wis-tns.weizmann.ac.il/object/2018amn

Suggests it is a candidate X-ray binary (or nova in our own galaxy?). If the skies clear I hope to get the scope out to look for it.

3 deg FOV, down to mag 11, upright, correct view for my RACI finder scope
