Converting Explore Scientific 8x50 Finder

Hi,

Has anyone here managed to convert an Explore Scientific 8x50 finder into a guidescope? I have one of these: https://www.firstlightoptics.com/finders/explore-scientific-8x50-90-degree-polarfinder-amici-prism.html The eyepiece unscrews and inside I can see the polar reticle so I could also remove that. I'm not sure what size thread the eyepiece tube is though and whether I would be able to buy some sort of converter that I could fit a t-adapter to? I'm thinking of getting a synguider 2 and would like to avoid having to buy a guidescope if possible.

Thanks!
