Clavius from 25th Feb..

I've a bit of insomnia brought on about a few weeks of early starts and a few beers last night for my 38th.. so I've been playing about with an EP phone image I took of Clavius at 450x ish through my f11, following on from a few other recent posts.. 

Just a single image, bit of tweak here and there and a crop.. just for fun really..

I still chuckle to myself about how good the sky was that night!

Might even, if it qualifies enter this in the smart phone comp..

Single exposure taken through eyepiece with a phone at 450x magnification? You don't make life easy for yourself, do you? Clearly not the crispest image of Clavius, but within the limitations of the circumstances, an admirable result.

Tell me about, trying to keep a phone hovering over such a small exit cone with still hands was not easy... everyone should be thankful I'm not a surgeon or dentist..
