Here are the stl files for the adapter and cog, the cog is in 3 parts with the retaining discs glued in place after printing(probably not really needed but helps to keep the belt in place), the holes for the skywatcher auto focusser bolts and the guide scope retaining screw i tapped after printing also.

The belt was a Dyson DC25 Vacuum Cleaner Gear Belt, they are about £2 on amazon.

Any problems or if You want the files in a different format just holler

I should have asked what size  scope it is! I have a Celestron C90 but even if it doesn't fit I can modify/copy your design to fit.

Sorry, should of said it was for a 102mm Mak.

not sure of the difference in size but You might even be able to heat it up to adjust the curve!
