Strange Diffraction Spikes

I'm wondering if anyone here images with an Esprit 80ED and could do me a little favor next time when they're imaging?

Could you just take a single sub of say 20 seconds on a bright star and then post up the photo please? Trying to determine something on my scope.

I have one 20s stretched single exposure of M42 available, taken with a Canon 550D @ISO6400 if that helps. Not so bright stars in this one though and I don't think I'm going to be able to shoot any other stars soon unfortunately.

Hi , sent an email, dumb question , have you checked spacing of the camera sensor to the scope ?
