A Saxon 130 reflector telescope

Hi I am very new to this and looking to buy my first telescope I dint have a very big budget and looking at a secondhand scope at first. I have come across this on eBay and was wondering what people think of it 

A Saxon 130 reflector telescope  on an EQ2 mount and has motor drive it comes with 1.5x erecting eyepiece and a Super 10mm eyepiece

The Saxon 130 is a rebadged version of the Skywatcher 130M so should be ok. The two eyepieces supplied with the Saxon are not the best so you might want to consider some better ones. The advert is incorrect in that the 130 has an aperture of 5" and not 6" as stated.

So for a first buy it would be good enough. I am interested in seeing the ir says in the advert it has been used for near viewing (Lunar and planetary) as well as deep space is this correct that it has these capabilities

It should be fine for the brighter DSOs. The M42 nebula in Orion's sword is well placed for evening viewing with a telescope of this type.
