Taurus Molecular Cloud - Question

This wonderful image was taken from Bucksnort Observatory in Texas. Lovely dark and stable skies no doubt. The author states 18 hours of exposure but no info on filters used etc. I'm guessing it's LRGB? As these regions wouldn't respond to HA?

Any SGL members who have imaged this area succesfully, could you give a little rundown of how and where you imaged it? Mosaics are my end goal and this one would be great to bag at some point in the (probably distant!) future...!!
