Using filters together

Hey guys. Do you use a CLS filter with other filters? I'm deciding wether to buy a 2" CLS so it can be used with my DSLR and GPCAM2 290 mono or a clip in for the DSLR. But if using a 2" CLS how do you use other filters at the same time with a DSLR?

I haven't done it, but you can always stack the filters. I don't know whether this would lead to reflection issues, though!
