DSS What am I missing

I’ve run the same data through the laptop and PC using DSS. The final auto save image on the PC is nearly white and washed out. I’ve checked the settings and they seem the same but must have missed something. Any ideas please ?

I've had this problem as well, make sure your camera is supported in DSS. Also try converting your file to a DNG file.

I take it that the one from the laptop looks ok?

For troubleshooting, I would start at the end of the process. What do the histograms at the bottom left of the screen look like? If they are similar, I would think it would have to be something in the way the computers are displaying the image rather than in the program itself. If they are different, how are they different? Could you post screenshots of them?

Are they both running the same version of the app?  DSS version 3.3.4. is the latest available.

Actually 3.3.6 is the latest.
