Thanks for that, I have been looking for something along those lines to remote control a DSLR lens zoom ring.

I have a wifi enabled DSLR that can focus via live view and shoot remotely and am planing to get a SW AZ GTI mount so I can do all my shooting from indoors, the lens zoom function was the only missing element.
