These proms were so wide apart that I had to put the f/9 in the box and grab the f/7.5 80mm.  Seeing was pretty good for this time of the year, and I was just lucky.

Yes, Charl, I just checked GONG and a lot of the detail is falling away quickly since yesterday.  I just got lucky to catch 'em at what may be their best moments.

(Just ever intrigued by chip / pixel size .vs. resolution etc.)

I use the SM60 (and now with the PST Mod DS) on the ED80/600 with the ASI 174MM for solar.

No issues, no drama.

Oh, none anticipated.  But I quite look forward to trying out
"Chamelion Cam", with my 3.75m pixels, as opposed to 5.86m. 
Of course, such is not always the whole story re. such things! 

I was modestly beginning to lose faith re. Solar HA Cameras. 
Throwing good money after BAD "relative indifference"? lol
And I was getting near the end of my patience... and funding!
