Plane transiting the moon, 1-28-18

Recommended Posts

Virgin airlines plane transiting the moon on the week of the supermoon. The moon was low in the sky, and concealed by some cirrus clouds. 5a73958a58978_Planetransit(3).png.9e48e31e83c81e9e87c950013fcd167b.png

Always the same. Nothing for ages and then three come along at once! ?

Nice capture.

What did you use to take the pictures of the Moon?

I just used a smartphone. Not the best quality, but it works! :)

(Samsung galaxy SIII)

Awesome! I hope to capture one of these someday.

I have recorded an ISS transit of the sun in slow motion, though it is not of the best quality:

ISS solar transit 10-14-17, 12.24.00.51pm.mp4

(19 sec.)
