Bromsgrove Astronomical Society Open Evening

Monday 5th February 2018

Location: Bromsgrove Rugby Club, Finstall, B60 3DH
Doors Open 7pm

Exhibition of Astronomy
Hands-on Demonstrations of Light
Short presentation at 7 30pm
             “Getting Started in Astronomy” presented by Sue Dipple

Perhaps you've had a telescope for Christmas or have a telescope in the attic?
Bring them along to our Telescope Workshop and let’s see if we can get you started in Stargazing.
 
Bromsgrove Astronomical Society members will be on hand to answer questions and telescopes will be available to observe the night sky, British weather permitting!

Refreshments available, Free Admission, Everyone Welcome.

Don't forget the Bromsgrove Astronomical Society Open Evening is tomorrow night from 7pm (Mon 5th Feb) @ Bromsgrove Rugby Club, Finstall, B60 3DH. Including an Exhibition of Astronomy, Hands-on Demonstrations of Light, a
short presentation at 7:30pm “Getting Started in Astronomy” by Sue Dipple and Bromsgrove Astronomical Society members will be on hand to answer questions. Telescopes will be available to observe the night sky, weather permitting. Free entry and all are welcome. Refreshments available.

If you can make it to the open evening this evening then we will certainly be able to discuss with you.

Redditch does have an Astro society so it might also be worth contacting them. http://www.redditchastro.org.uk/

No problem.

Should they not be able to help you then contact us either through the our web site or better still come to an 'Observing' meeting on the 1st Monday of the month. We don't do much observing due to weather but it is a good chance to chat.
