Here we go then, the first of several images from Kelling. Having battled against dew getting into my guidecamera and causing a few problems on the friday evening, after aligning and focussing on Arcturus (which just happened to be the label on a nice bottle of merlot consumed that evening) I swung the scope around to run a short test on M51 before tackling something bigger.

Scope: WO FLT110

Camera: Atik 314L

Guidescope: WO Megrez 72

Guidecamera: Meade DSI II Pro

Filters: Astronomik housed in a True Technology motorised wheel

Guided: PhD with GPUSB control through EQ6 Pro

Exposure:

5x2 mins L, R, G and B and 3x3 mins Ha

Processing:

stacked individual channels in DSS

Combined Ha and Red Channel

Channels combined and processed in PS CS

Enjoy. Now for the rest of the subs taken on the other objects.
