I know this is a couple days ago now, but I thought I'd share this on here. On the second orbit of the Soyuz MS-18 launch I was able to listen in on the voice communication from the Russian cosmonauts

I made a rocket like SN8 when I was about ten years old.  I can understand why SpaceX may be having a few problems today.  I had terrible trouble getting the tin foil to stick to the cardboard tube.

Not sure if anyone else interested in this sort of thing, but in about 30 mins there's a live launch here: http://www.ulalaunch.com/webcast.aspx

2nd engine did not fire correctly, debris in the air, something broke.

Thanks for the info Jonk.  Just caught it in time, hope I didn't jinx it!    😱

I'm sure that will buff out and they'll have it ready in a snap.

Support vehicles have left the pad, so that’s promising. Hopefully fuelling can start and we see a launch very soon.

Is there no coverage from Space-X for this one?  I can't find anything on their site.  I'm watching NASA Spaceflight at the moment.

I don't know, I only watch the Nasaspaceflight channel.

Spacex always streams the launch.   When spacex goes live, you know its time.  When they are offline, launch will take a while.  Other streamers always make a long pre-show from this launches.

but i think within an hour we’ve seen a nose-first landing of sn10

maybe even within 20 minutes

In this case though I can't see mention of the launch here: https://www.spacex.com/launches/index.html

My experience is that the launch shows up there even if they don't have a video stream ready to go yet.
