We had some leftover budget in the school, so I bought a Lunt 40 mm, now that we are approaching the solar maximum. I tested it on Monday, and was quite amazed at the crisp views of some very nice prominences. Looking forward to playing a bit more with it! I must add that 365 Astronomy was great at customer service. When I received it, the front was loose and I couldn't rotate the etalon wheel without moving the whole cap. They took it back, examined it, and returned it without any shipping costs, and very fast. In the end the scope was fine, and I'm keeping it.

Good old UPS dropped of what should be a very nice eyepiece.  A Long Perng (branded as an Orion) 14mm 80 degree 2 inch eyepeice.  If this performs as well as it's 20mm sibling I am going to be a happy camper.

Not the postman but still happy to pick up this sweet catsperch mini adjustable chair! even though it’s not a large model it is rated for 350lbs and I can raise the stool to 31 inches at its highest, handy for new dob.

Postman finally delivered a rcent purchse, had been stuck in Special Delivery land far longer than expected.
Another olf ffriend EP returns for the minute, was curious to compare it to my XW's etc.

Not trialled yet other than WL solar and all was good.

The now discontnued Nagler t6 11mm, this one is truly a mint copy, nice 😃

I'll only have three: 6.5, 9 and 12.5. I like them even more than my Pentax XWs, but there's no point in replacing those (5 and 14mil). They are excellent too.
