Funnily enough this happens to me quite often!

It is rather strange how these accidental on purpose coincidences pan out! 😉

I have the opposite problem, working away from home for a month at a time everything I pick up from the classifieds arrives when my wife's the only one of us there to receive it so there's no possibility to hide anything! There's currently 4 small packages waiting at my place on the dining table for when I come home next...

I'm back after being away since last year.

I had a tumour removed from my Pituitary Gland at the Neurosurgery Hospital in London, it was pushing on my Optic Nerve making my vision blurred.

Anyway all good now, and have received a present which arrived by Fedex this morning.

I’ve got the slightly smaller version of this mount, so would be interested to see how you get on with it. It looks like the sideways way that the binos are mounted might be much easier and more comfortable to use  than the way they mount on my mount mine.

Hi Gus, it's is very comfortable using the sideways motion, I tried them out yesterday during the day using a reclining chair very nice.

The kit came with a spacer for the bino's so you can set the inter pupillary distance better, I will do my write up when I get to see some stars.

And…………..my old StellaLyra CC6 has come back home. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Originally sold to help pay for another scope and always regretted selling it. Sits on my Report tripod with Manfrotto 405 geared head nicely and can be carried outside one handed so still very much grab’n’go. 🙂

This little beauty arrived today, have been wanting one for a while and it will go nicely with a couple of other little toys I have picked up.

Crayford focuser upgrade for the SW 150mm Newt, a couple of dew straps for a 3" lens and guide scope and a Baader Varilock extension to try the ZWO camera on the 135mm charity shop lens find, all ordered from those lovely peeps at FLO on Saturday evening.
