Boring grey and doesn’t smell. 🙄

Bought it now as it’s hard to find the small packs of it. No problem if you want a pack big enough to do your 737 though.😁

Yes, very dull stuff. Not like the nostril-ripping, skin peeling aircraft lubricants from back in the day....I still have the scars and get the occasional whiff 🤣

Most of the fun stuff we used to play with is banned now!

Trichloroethylene was one of my favourites.

Used to have a large tank of that at a place I worked at in my youth, had gas burners under it to produce a degreasing fog, it had a water cooled ring at the top supposed to keep the fog in the tank but it fought a loosing battle, nice Victorian factory, no ventilation, fumes were great for getting high on, exposed extremities went numb after a while, ah elf and safety where were you when I needed you 🤣

I just spent my first £19.95 for AP. I feel this is a slippery slope.

You have no idea. Return it before you slide any further! To be honest if you've made your mind up to do AP then you're already 80% down the slope anyway. 🤣

That looks very nice. I got a baader prism a couple a few weeks back, only used it twice because of weather but really really like it. Is yours mirror or prism?

Just received my dibond print of my veil mosaic, thrilled to say the least.

The photo makes it look a little washed out when in fact it looks quite the opposite.

More deliveries today!

Going to be turning this into my “electronics” box for my rig.
Once finish it will have:

- 45amp/hour battery
- 200w pc power supply ( for the 12v rails)
- arduino for the autofocus (myfocuserpro2)
- switched power distribution for mount, cameras, usb hub and dew heaters. (All driven off the psu)

Im also considering another arduino that can kill all power using an optical relay. So everything can be turned off at the end of a session.

ill probably make a build thread in diy once I’m done.

I have this camera and the mono version. Very happy with them, you'll need an ir/uv cut filter.
