Pay particular attention to the need for calibration frames. I know the manual's english needs some extra translation but if you're unsure just ask here

The holes in the stars are processing artifacts from the stacking. You need to have a play about with the stacking/processing parameters to avoid getting those. Welcome to the wonderful world of data processing...
