[Stub Mandrel]

Taken using my 130P-DS with SW coma corrector and a moon & skyglow filter.

This is a stack of 100% of 30 5-minute guided subs using my modded and cooled Canon 450D.

Stacked (with flats, bias and darks) and pre-stretched in DSS. Split in to two images in PS2, and processed as separate luminance and RGB image. Gradient Exterminator used to flatten and colour balance both. LUM further in PS2 then denoised and slightly contrast enhanced in Astra Image. RGB processed in PS using HLVG, Noel's Actions (increase star colour only) and the soft colour/luminance saturation improving method, then slightly blurred (about 2.5 pixels).

Left framed wide because of the rich, colourful star field - quite please as all my previous attempts have either been too little data or framed too tightly one enough sessions combined.

I think I've improved the processing on this one now ... but including November data as well so invalid!
