nightfisher
I was not going to submit this image, as i dont think its particularly good, but after some kind words though, what the heck. So this capture was taken 09.12.17 at 0745, just as the sky was starting to get light, this is a single frame, taken using my trusty 127 skymax Maksutov with Canon 1000D at prime focus, all mounted on my EQ5 with dual DC drive camera speed was 1/160th and ISO at 200. The image is pretty much straight of the camera but tweaked a little in registax 5 just a little push on the wavelets, and brightened ever so slightly. Only really posting this to show what can be achieved with a pretty basic set up and not a lot of time, i was out, set up and back in the warm in ten minutes, the image is saved as a .png file
Alfian
Well done Jules, thats a nice one. I've noticed over the last day or two that the morning seeing conditions are much steadier than in the evening and luna views are good.
