Whats the difference between eye piece projection & prime focus

Prime focus places the webcam chip at the focus point of the telescope. There is only the telelscope and webcam in the optical path.

Eyepeice projection add's a eyepeice into the optical path and the magnified image from the EP is projected onto the chip. The futher the distance between EP and chip increases the image scale.
