Nikon error message / freeze up solved.

Set up to image Horse Head, noticed low camera battery after alignment, framing, focusing, test shots.  Put fresh battery in, but forgot to turn off camera.  "ERR" message came up along with total camera freeze.  Turned off & on, battery out, in, remove from scope, press shutter, couldn't unfreeze it.  Packed it in, found turning off, remove battery, connect Nikon lens, insert battery, turn on, press shutter, ERR disappears, back to normal operation.
