APM 100mm binoculars reduced by 25%

I've just seen that APM has reduced its ED 100mm binoculars by 25% as per the attached link

Ive read this is due to the new apm 120s taking sales of the 100s. At this reduced price it does seem a lot of binocular for the money. The pricing brings the 100s into line with the new 82s as well...

Now if the Pound was sitting at about 1.40 against the Euro like it was a couple of years ago then it would be

an amazing buy ?

Agreed, but if the £ was at 1.40 I bet the reduction wouldn't be so generous.
