Astronomy Weekend Nov 18-19 National Museum of Flight Scotland

In association with National Museum of Flight Scotland and The Royal Observatory Edinburgh, the Astronomical Society of Edinburgh will again betaking part in this event. We had a successful evening of stargazing last year. Hopefully the weather will be as kind.

Awesome - thanks for sharing this. I think I'll be making an effort to come along to that. Might try the evening stargazing as well

Went along last year,was a good day out,, took along some astronomy kit but was clouded out,,

Went on the Saturday evening and took the bins mounted on tripods . The sky was so clear and dark you could see the milkyway arcing above 

Thanks to all your members who were there and made a newbie like myself so welcome really amazing evening
