Imaging Challenge #5 - Solar & Solar Eclipse - Winners

The solar and solar eclipse challenges have been the hardest to judge by far and the voting has been very, very close!

Thanks to everybody who took party, there were some absolutely stunning entries.

Having just logged on for the first time since the weekend, I was very pleased to see that I had won the solar imaging challenge especially against such stiff competition. Thanks to everyone for the comments, the SGL staff for going to the trouble of setting it up and judging and FLO for putting up the prize. Well done also to the other winners.

Very pleased indeed to be one of the winners. The competition is very, very stiff indeed, with many great images to choose from. Big thumbs up to all participants, and of course to the other winners! I also need to thank those pelicans for crashing the eclipse party
