C11 on EQ6 Mount

I need to mount a Celestron C11 onto a EQ6 Mount does anyone know the correct dovetail bar I'm going to need?

I bought an ADM Losmandy bar as i felt the attached vixen one was too flimsy

I assume your NEQ6 mount has the dual saddle - Vixen/ Losmandy fitting.

I went for the Losmandy dovetail (and the clamp!) for my C11 set-up.

I would say whichever you get, get the clamp as well, it is a scope saver.

I use a losmandy dovetail too on my 8 inch too..alot more stable..

The only problem I’ve found with the Losmandy dovetail is that it positions the SCT further from the saddle than say the equivalent Baader dovetail. This impacts on 5e amount of balance weights required.

I use five weights whereas a similar set-up using the Baader dovetail only needs four counterweights.

It looks like i need the losmandy saddle and clamp for eq6. I have C8 at mo using a celestron vixen style dovetail bar. Can someone point me in the right direction.

P.s. it is an old school EQ6 (Black) which i have upgraded to belt driven goto
