Hi all, 

Me again! Just wondering what the best resource is for finding out what sky conditions are predicted to be?

You can use the Clear Outside weather forecast facility provide by SGL sponsors, First Light Optics.

Great that looks ideal.... It says tonight for example that there is 100 cloud with 100 low cloud and 50 medium yet it says visibility is 10. Am I missing something??

I think the visibility figure is ground level visibility i.e mist , murk fog etc.  I go by the cloud figure for astro.

Live cloud cover: Sat24

Seeing forecast: Meteoblue (Astronomical seeing), Netweather.tv (jetstream forecast)

Aerosol optical depth (transparency): Copernicus Atmosphere Eu
