just a heads up , theres a new spot on the disc , oncoming limb lower. I'm trying to get some pics at the mo , very cloud here, ill add if I get some. charl.

heres a qwick pic my quark wasn't warmed up yet but it gives you the jist. 

hope you all have some clear, its raining here now but I'm still trying.

Total blue sky while I was in school, but when I came home to grab my bins with my DIY solar filter the clouds decided to ruin the fun..

thanks Michael, congrats with your ghost Ca-k image mate, well done. the new AR might of been visable yesterday with it being well onto the disc today, I had 2 glimces today of about 20 sec each, the weathers been terrible here too but tonight its clear so hopefully it will last to the morning to get a better look. hope you get some clear. charl.

Grabbed a WL scope a while back and got some good observing and sketching time with AR2681.

First decent WL observing for me in a little while.
