Finally - NAN with some detail

As suggested by @Nigel G a while back, a capture of the southern part of the North America Nebula to try and get an image with some interesting detail. A UHC filter was used to reduce the background sky, producing a rather red image but allowing nebulosity to show. A very low cost filter but seems to do the job.

That's a great image, maybe a tad red overall but it doesn't spoil the image  good detail and frame, well done Bob.

I too targeted NAN last night, adding a frame onto the first image. Processing atm, fingers crossed

The image is lovely and crisp, perhaps it's the reduced stars from the filter but I like it.

Thought this was the EQ3 challenge, have moved it to the right thread
