A quick gander at the Wild Duck Cluster

Just managed to get a couple of objects between clouds tonight , M11 and M57 ...

Better than nothing I suppose ... then it started to rain

I had a quick look at both those last night as well, wish it would rain here, you can have my clear sky with pleasure.

Indeed, better than nothing. Sounds a little like my night, setup, a few targets seen. Packed up because it was betting more and more cloudy and I could see showers coming my way on the radar.

Showers missed me and an hour later, just before going to bed the skies were beautiful. Doh!

Good one to bag the Duck!   It's quite an interesting arrangement and unique. 

I usually go on and on about good Sept weather but we are struggling this year....,must have been that hot bank holiday has thrown it out of whack!   Keep trying
