Hubble for sale

I'm not sure if this is in the right place but I was browsing FLO earlier and saw in the clearance section that the Hubble space telescope was for sale. Obviously it's a knockoff version but who would be able to mount a 2 meter telescope?! What is this thing?

Ahh the Zarkoff Cloud Gun, nice bit of kit.

I think the Hubble Clone would work better, cloud no problem as I have always assumed it is supplied already in orbit.

The Hubble comes with the Eq-zero mount.  Fully featured it doesn't require a tripod, is weightless and has an infinite load capacity.   ( note 50% of infinity if imaging).

Having successfully used the Zarkoff Cloud Gun from the south of England, I'd be tempted to give the Hubble a miss as it is so difficult to collimate from home and you know what reflectors are like in this regard.

Yeah. That put me off too as I only have an eq6 and I'd need an extra counterweight; over budget.

I don't think the Cloud Gun is dispersing the clouds very well. It seems to have pushed them over Essex instead! Maybe I should get one as well, then we could push the clouds out to sea

Point of order gentlemen, the Hubble needs a counter mass, not a counter weight

As for the cloud gun, if they are using it in Exeter it has a very poor range, cos it aint doing me any good up'ere

Nowadays most of our clouds cause mass flooding or tornados . But at least there is some room for stargazing in-between the killer clouds .
