1st attempt (be gentle)

I haven't had a lot of spare time recently for anything much astro related (work plus a 10 month old small noisy thing tends to keep me busy! ) however the yearning to have a go at imaging has been gradually gnawing away at me :icon_biggrin: .  Today I finally got the chance to have a crack at our nearest star in all her finery and these are the (admittedly meagre) results. For a first attempt I'm reasonably happy although I realise I've got a long way to go yet. This was taken using a ZWO ASI120mm camera, Lunt wedge, solar continuum and IR cut filters and a Celestron Travelscope 70 on an HEQ5 Pro mount.

Tips, advice and contructive criticism will be very greatfully received.

Thanks James :icon_biggrin:
