AR2670 (our old friend AR2665)

Taken on Sunday morning (6th Aug) This being the best out of the 4 captures I took in WL. I also have some Ha to have a look at later. Will give me something to do in the week as the weather man says it's clouds all the way for the next few days.

Amazing WL detail Freddie, was that early morning ? I had a look see about 8.30 and seeing seemed pretty good but by the time I got around to imaging a couple of hours later it had gone down hill considerably.

Dave, Firecapture has stamped this one up as 10.30 so that was 11.30 local time. Seeing was a bit variable as this was the only decent one of the 4 captures I took.

Amazing Freddie. I didn't know that white light could get this sort of detail with granulation. This is something I'll be striving for in future attempts.

I don't have the exact details to hand but typically I will capture ~3000 and stack ~200
