I think a resent program suggested they do even across galaxy's the frequency is very very low.

There were various articles a decade or so ago which claimed to have found a "note" emitted by (I think) rotating jets.  The frequency was extremely low though.

And calling this "sound" is a bit of a stretch, due to the very low frequency and the very low pressure.
