Still a decent catch. It also confirms my sighting of some parallel linear structure near the core of the AR, that also appear in my images (so no artefact of my filter/camera/processing).

Any view is a good view charl, and you made the best of the opportunity to get some great images.  You can only work with the conditions you have, keep em coming.

thanks Paul, agreed mate, i just hoping for a bit more with yesterday being cloudy and wet, thay forcast it to be quite clear here so i was a bit gutted when i looked out the window firstthing, think tomorrows going to be wet too , hope the forcast is wrong and hope you have clear. charl

Well done. I admire your dedication ,as always. After my blood-pressure raising attempts between clouds the other day, I've given up till the sun comes out properly (actually,  it hasn't come out for a second since then.)
