Cambridge Double Star Atlas corrections

A recent post in the this section gave a great link to Bruce MacEvoy's website.  

Bruce is the co-author of the second edition of the Cambridge Double Star Atlas.  The website includes a link to a list of corrections to the atlas.  There are number of corrections that indicate removing double star labels from the maps.  I emailed Bruce and he has confirmed that the instructions to delete double star labels from the charts are purely there because the relevant stars are not included in the list of double stars in Appendix A of the book, not because the labels are incorrect.  The instructions in the corrections list to alter or add labels are because of errors or omissions.
