heads up nice prom 5-7-17 08.45 UPDATED

just a heads up , there a nice interesting prom at the top of sol,  theres some filaments on the disc aswell and a bright spot at 7 oclock just moving onto the disc. seeing here is fair to not so good with thin cloud in patches.

heres the bright spot on the limb it too is very interesting, wonder if theres a AR coming ?

Just been out with the Lunt, it's gloriously clear where I am at the moment and there's lots going on in Ha...
