Saturn Red channel

I was given some unprocessed data to play with courtesy of the morimarty, thought this red channel was worthy of a post as the g & b were not usable!

Capture taken with a C11 & asi 290mm - 800 frames stacked!

Well  worth posting some nice detail visible there.

Mix in small amounts of green and even less blue, then use that as a luminance channel over the colour data. Works surprisingly well.

Thanks for that Neil, its something ive tried before with some good results as you say, may give it a go when I have the time!

You've managed to get some nice detail out of that data Simon. good scale aswell.
