Currently sourcing parts to make a Pier for the garden this week i used Lasermaster https://www.lasermaster.co.uk/easy-order to order a base plate 300mm x 10mm mild steel(cost delivered approx £31) 6x 16 mm holes around plate to bolt down ,now the process was simple on their website,choose what shape you wanted and material /thickness etc and also a comments box for any info ,here i added i wanted x6 holes evenly drilled 35mm in from edge ,only waited a few days though on receiving plate there had been an error and was sent a rectangle bar 300x55 ,a quick email pointing to the error was soon replied too and two days later the disc arrived ,so in all fairness communication was speedy and correct item sent out , item was top notch and the laser makes a fine finish ,will use again and would recommend .https://www.flickr.com/gp/82940128@N03/y8hg95

I've used Lasermaster too and had good service from them.  Quick and inexpensive.   I wanted a washer, same diameter as the brake disk, 5mm thick and with a 14mm centre hole.
