The Lagoon Nebula (M8)

Finally after puzzle solving with my adapter for Evostar I've managed to take first light on my new QHY camera.

I have to say I'm impressed, after having some good experiences with Sony A7S this is what I was looking for .:)

Scope: Skywatcher EVOSTAR 80ED DS-Pro
Mount: HEQ5Pro
Camera: QHY168C
Filter Optolong L-PRO MAX Luminosity
Guiding camera: ZWO ASI120MM
Guiding scope: Panagor 400mm
21x200s exposure at -10°C 
binning 1x1

Thank you Patrick. I still have to make some cosmetic changes to my scope adapter and pray for better weather

Given up on the whether bit other solution now kicking in finally!

Good luck with the changes - i am interested in how this camera's perform.

There is allot of detail in there for an 80mm scope.  Nice.  More data! This one willhave depth (as the lagoon does).
