I know that Saturn's low right now - but damn is it really that low? :D

Thanks @Ant and @barkis!

That particular session wasn't great for Saturn, but the following evening (see post) was fantastic - moons, Cassini Division, N. Equ. Belt, planet body perceptibly separate from rings.  And the altitude was below 11 degrees! (As shown in the 'scope shot!)

I was tempted to have a look at Saturn the other night - it would have been my first session out in about a year. But I looked out the front window and Saturn was so low that even though we live in a bungalow, I doubt I would have been able to get it - so I didn't bother. 

Glad you had a good session :)
