Moon 6-3-17. Celestron se4" ZWO174

 Hi all! H alpha solar is my thing but I recently removed my Lunt and put my 4" back on its mount and give the moon a go. This my first time imaging the moon with video. Looking back I think I overprocessed but I love this little Mak. I also Imaged Jupiter with good results. I had no plans in ever using this celestron as I only wanted the mount but Im having a lot of fun with it. I had an etx years ago and figured it to be comparable but its really not. These using an XL 3x barlow.

A very nice set of images, I especially like the last one of the Montes Apenninus some really nice detail visible there.

Very nice set. I do not think they are overcooked (except perhaps number 3, which might just be a shade over-processed).

Agreed. I noticed it after the fact. Sorry. I usually try to keep it fairly real! Ima give em another go sooner or later.
