just hoping the cloud patch that has just appeared inbetween me and the moon will sling its hook and let me get some closer shots.

Nice pair of images Charl, the skies are clear here but it's gusty. I could go with the little 70mm but I'm going to enjoy a night in instead so thanks for the views mate.

Pretty, and true look about it! Love the wider field. Seeing lots of solar people in here. Im just starting to check out stuff other than solar. I work 3rd shift 26 years hard for me to do night stuff. But in July Im starting 4 on 4 off 12 hour day schedule. will have lots of free time. I cant wait.
