I have read a short article regarding Near Earth Object 1991 VG, oddly enough there is very little information regarding it, but according to various sources it will be passing Earth in August 2017, would be glad of any observing advice, other info?

Thanks,

Peter

I found this data about this object:

If those estimates are correct then it's going to be magnitude 23.4 at it's brightest. Not observable using any scope that I'm aware of but it might be possible to image it:

Thanks for the info. and link, it's odd that there isn't more information about it considering the theories surrounding it, I might try and capture it if possible, although I have no great equipment for this, but you never know...

Thanks,

Peter
