The answer is no as you cannot remove the lens. The t2 is for a dslr and you remove the lens and place the t2 in its place.

you will need to make a simple tube affair to most likely connect to the eyepiece, in years gone by I once made a simple one out of a toilet roll holder, cut down middle close tightly round lenses with black tape, got some excellent pics of moon with it
