IC 1396 Atik 383L and Samyang 135mm f/2, 18x600secs with an Astrodon 5nm Ha filter, loving this LP killer.

Great field of view you have there!!! Looking good!! I think I'd play with the contrasts a little in IC1396 as it looks just a tad flat

Cracking image and very deep. I agree with Sara that the main nebula could take more local contrast.

You know the Flying Bat is just next door....

Thanks Sara, I was half asleep at 0230 after coming in from the session and thought it needed a bit more
but sleep beckoned. Will have another go.

Yes, the Bat will be another try, may be tonight as it's forecast to be clear again.
This was a good test against the LP and I'm really chuffed as it did so well.

Three nights in a row, must take advantage after nothing for nearly three months.

Well done Mike, nice widefield, I've tried it with Star 71 and WO110FLT the last couple of nights, can't make my mind up which FOV I prefer
