Venus at 9.30am in broad daylight!

I have seen the crescent moon a couple of mornings this week and I guessed Venus wouldn't be far away. So this morning I checked on Calsky to see its position relative to the moon. Venus was around 17 degrees to left and shining at -4 mag. Once I new it's location,  it really an easy spot in the 15X70's. Blazing away to be honest, so bright I thought is was the Sun shining a jumbo!

Well worth a look if you get the chance, couldn't resist a quick image as well :icon_biggrin:
